Position Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner is responsible for driving proactive sourcing strategies to support the organization’s current and future hiring needs. This role partners closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring leaders to identify, engage, and build pipelines of high-quality candidates, particularly for hard-to-fill, niche, and business-critical roles.

 

This position leverages market intelligence, innovative sourcing techniques, and data-driven insights to influence recruiting strategies, improve candidate quality, and enhance overall hiring outcomes. The Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner plays a key role in building long-term talent pipelines and strengthening the organization’s competitive position in the talent market.

Essential Job Functions

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring leaders to understand position requirements, business priorities, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies and campaigns to attract qualified candidates, with a focus on passive talent and hard-to-fill roles
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of candidates for critical and recurring roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified talent
  • Source candidates through a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, networking, employee referrals, Boolean search, and applicant tracking systems
  • Engage and nurture relationships with passive candidates, acting as a talent advisor to promote opportunities and enhance candidate experience
  • Conduct market and industry research to provide insights on talent availability, competitor activity, and compensation trends
  • Translate labor market data and sourcing metrics into actionable recommendations for Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring leaders
  • Identify and optimize sourcing channels, tools, and strategies to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and candidate quality; proactively leverage AI strategies and stay current on market trends
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to align sourcing strategies with overall recruiting goals and hiring timelines
  • Track and document candidate activity, sourcing efforts, and pipeline progress within the applicant tracking system
  • Consistently meet or exceed established sourcing metrics and pipeline goals to support timely and high-quality hiring outcomes

Other Job Functions

  • Support talent acquisition campaigns, events, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools, technologies, and process improvements
  • Assist with interview coordination, scheduling, and logistical support as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing process enhancements within Talent Acquisition
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Ability to work off-hours when required

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of talent sourcing, required
  • Healthcare industry sourcing experience, strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing multiple sourcing platforms and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, social searches, networking, etc.)
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems required; iCIMS & Workday experience preferred
  • Review market trends and data to identify opportunities, develop new sourcing strategies, and explore innovative approaches to attract top talent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English
