Position Overview

The purpose of this position is to perform administrative duties in support of the Chief Compliance Officer and Compliance Department.

Essential Job Functions

  • Support Chief Compliance Officer, Compliance Department and Company by assisting with multiple projects
  • Manage and optimize the electronic Governance, Compliance & Risk (GRC) system – Compliance 360
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings; Take all assigned meeting minutes and distribute meeting minutes/notes to appropriate staff
  • Provide designated reports and assist the Chief Compliance Officer and department staff with finalizing reports in a timely manner
  • Assist in conducting audits and reviews, including such tasks as collecting documentation, using appropriate tools for tracking and distribution
  • Collect medical record documentation, as well as other clinical data for the review/audit process
  • Review, edit, and create documents and presentation materials
  • Perform various support functions such as data entry, scanning, copying and filing
  • Establish, develop, and maintain filing systems
  • Respond to regularly occurring requests for information, resets, updates
  • Draft general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, reports, etc.; review documents for spelling, grammar and format making appropriate changes; responsible for accuracy and clarity

Other Job Functions

  • Attend department meetings and other company meetings as required
  • Travel to facility locations as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Bachelors Degree, preferred
  • 5+ years experience working in a professional environment or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience, required
  • Experience working in a Compliance department, preferred
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry, required
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook), required
  • Position requires fluency in English; written and oral communication
