The purpose of this position is to support and maintain the Human Resource Information Systems (Workday, iCIMS, and others), as well as manage other special projects as assigned. This individual will serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assist with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Sr. HRIS Analyst will support HR team members with reports as needed. This position is located in The Woodlands, and will report directly to the Senior Director of HR. We are looking for a “big thinker” who can operate with autonomy and embrace high levels of accountability.
